Contacting us is straightforward—choose from phone, email, or online booking. When you reach out, we'll ask for your name, date of birth, phone number, and how you discovered our practice. We welcome both insurance and cash-pay patients, focusing on your needs rather than insurance details. We'll also ask about your main dental concerns to personalize your care.

Appointments

Your initial appointment includes:

  • Registration and Consultation: Complete initial paperwork and discuss dental history and any current concerns with the dentist.

 

  • Comprehensive Examination: Undergo a thorough dental exam and, if necessary, X-rays to assess overall oral health.

 

  • Professional Cleaning: Receive a dental cleaning to remove plaque and tartar, followed by tooth polishing.

 

  • Treatment Planning: Review exam findings, discuss treatment options, and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.

For your comfort, we offer local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and oral sedation options to ensure a relaxed and pain-free experience. Cleanings and further treatments are scheduled separately, allowing us to provide personalized care tailored to your specific needs.

Our team handles insurance billing and follows up on claims, making the process as smooth as possible for you. For services not covered by insurance, we are upfront about potential costs. Payment methods include credit cards, online payments, and available outside financing to help manage your expenses efficiently.
